Delivery & Returns

At ROYLES, every order is prepared with care. We currently deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email as soon as your package is shipped, including your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, your order is delivered within 5 to 12 business days depending on item availability. Some items may be shipped separately; you will then receive tracking for each package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered for a minimum purchase amount indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at royles.support@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Package

If your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will find a solution quickly: reshipment or refund.

Returns
