Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all orders placed on the ROYLES online store. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these GTC.

2. Products and Prices

The products offered are sportswear items described as faithfully as possible. Slight variations in color may occur depending on the screen. All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including 8.1% Swiss VAT, excluding delivery costs. ROYLES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

The order is confirmed upon payment validation. A confirmation email will be sent to you. ROYLES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a previous dispute, suspicion of fraud, or product unavailability; in such a case, you will be fully refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order via the methods offered at checkout (credit/debit cards, TWINT, and others). Transactions are secure and encrypted. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Deliveries are made according to our Delivery Policy. Delivery times are indicative; a delay cannot give rise to damages.

6. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of ROYLES until full payment of the price.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area (including Liechtenstein), you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without having to give any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. The terms of exercise, the effects (full refund including standard delivery costs within 14 days), the exceptions (in particular unsealed items for hygiene reasons) as well as the model withdrawal form are included in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.

8. Returns and Refunds

For all customers, including in Switzerland, the terms of return, exchange, and refund are detailed in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.

Products benefit from the Swiss legal warranty for defects in the sold item (Art. 197 et seq. CO). For consumers in the EU/EEA, the mandatory legal guarantees of conformity of their country of residence remain reserved. In case of a defect, contact us at royles.support@gmail.com. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.

10. Liability

ROYLES cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the store or the products, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

11. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These GTC are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at ROYLES' registered office. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's habitual country of residence, as well as mandatory jurisdictions provided for by law, remain reserved.
